Controller issues Jedi fallen order

From the very beginning I have had issues with my controller on this game. I have to disconnect the battery every five minutes or so because the game randomly stops taking input commands. This is the ONLY game that I am having this kind of issue with, and I have tried it on two separate systems with four different controller all running the latest firmware. What is the problem and is there going  to be a patch soon to resolve this?
