I completed all of the Halloween events recently and received all the customization items. I was rewarded with the Spooky Kitty customization, the pop-up demonstrated this to me, however when I went into the customization menu it couldn't be found. I looked in the sticker book, nothing. I also opened the time limited packs to see if it was a glitch and I hadn't been given it but the pop-up showed that I had but the pack wouldn't give it to me either. Luckily, I recorded the event and have re-watched to double check, but everything seems normal. The video is linked below:

I am un-sure if this is a bug or if I'm just doing something wrong but some clarification would useful.
