origin sign in error

I bought a ps3 and it had rivals in it and I'm wanting to play online but it won't let me sign into origins what do I do

Then I guess this is a second hand console.

If so, the Gamertag (previous owner) was most likely linked to his/her Origin account.

Which would explain why you cannot log into the Origin account via this game.
