I cant collect my daily decembercard from the objectives. It says collect and then I hit A and nothing happens. I would really want to get the Bobby Clarke but it seems impossible now. My gamertag on xbox kauppilaa.

How long it takes to answer or get it fixed EA. If it continurs like im done with your game. Now I can't get modano either.

Yeah hoping they can "fix it" after by giving us what we cannot get. Would have been nice though for them to at least acknowledge the issue.

Likewise, I can't collect my December Collectible from completing the Daily Objectives.  It also did not reset for today.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Yep same problem. EA fix your game. And some reward for this would be nice.

I haven’t gotten my collectibles from the 8 hour packs either. I also played a hut challenge that offered one, completed it and didn’t receive the collectible. I’m out on 6 now.
