How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? From the franchise overview screen, R3, try going to something like set prices or promotions, et cetera. Sometimes it happens after my PlayStation is on rest mode, sometimes not. Again, it's the link from the overview screen to a direct link to another screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen is locked in the dim/scrambled mode. Can't progress until I close and restart game.
What do you expect to see? The appropriate new screen/menu.
