"Dark Menu" and Character Faces displayed incorrectly

Hello there,

As the title already shows, i have the problem that my main menu is partially incredibly dark, and ingame when im looking up to the faces of the characters they are not rendered correctly and are displayed by edgy black forms.

In the past the game has been running perfectly but for some reason it doesnt anymore. I would love to post screenshots but i got some trouble with origin itself and im unable to start the game at this moment...

I hope someone has experienced this before and could give me some advice

@DevintarZ

Try to disable "Dynamic shadows".

A screenshot would indeed help.

@DevintarZ

Do you use any mods?

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair)

If that don't helps, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
