buying mass effect andromeda digital to buying the physical copy.  cheapest edition off the xbox store cost £54.99 incl. VAT and the one at game.co.uk that cost the same price comes with a nomad die cast mini why dont the people that brought it off the store get one sent?

The offer on Game is a store specific promotion and not available at all retailers. If you wish to receive the Die Cast Mini Nomad ND1 you would need to purchase this version from Game.

Well I mean... think about it.  Usually preorder bonuses or order bonuses for games are tied to retailers.  They pay to have an exlusive "bonus" so you buy from them instead, that's part of their marketing scheme.    

Then there's the second detail - It would be up to Sony and MS to distribute these things, and that's just not their line of business.  I don't think I've ever once in my life seen a game you could buy on Xbox or PS4 stores, and then get the physical goods - it just doesn't work like that.
