I Bought mass effect 2 deluxe edition a few months ago on steam to play I finished but after buying and beating mass effect 3 I went back with a save from me1 to play it again on a different class Then after loading the game it said I need to connect to the Cerberus network to gain access to my del all the del included in the deluxe edition and the free Cerberus network stuff thinking ohwell I logged in to my bioware account it said for me to redeem or purchase a code so I typed in my code from steam and it said this code has been redeemed already can anyone give any advice/help I tried to contact ea support but their website is busy.
