How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how you would find the bug
What happens when the bug occurs? you do not get your 5,000 training.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get my 5,000 training.

What happens when the bug occurs? It's a one time promo so If fixed, there won't be a next time.

Summarize your bug I won the Superbowl in H2H Seasons and did not recieve my 5k Training Points. I checked the Objective List and it says 0 out of 1 completed. I even checked the leaderboard and my Super Bowl win was added, but all that work without the reward

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the Objective List to register a Super Bowl win
What happens when the bug occurs? I will contact you guys.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully, the 5k training points I played overy 50 games to aquire.

Summarize your bug I have won 2 H2H Super Bowls and still have not recieved my 5,000 Training Points Reward. The objective says 0 out of 1 (uncompleted). I have contacted EA Help Chat line 10 or so times andI have followed the troubleshooting list completely. They now tell me, They cannot do anything on their end and to post on EA Forumn. I still haven't gotten a reponse on the forumn. I have uploaded screenshot to both the EA Help chat and to the EA Forumn with no resolution even thought my case says "Resolved".
