Sorry to hear you're not getting any packs, @austkey

This is something our forum team is unable to assist with though, so I'm not quite sure why they directed you here to report this. The most common thing we see happen to players that aren't getting packs is that they're watching the streams from a different Twitch account than the one that properly has their Gamertag/PSN ID linked to.

This is what I recommend doing:

  1. Go in-game and double-check to make sure you're logging into Twitch and our EA site with the correct e-mail address. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/
  2. If you are unable to access that email address, please contact our Live-Support team by filling out this recovery form. This will be necessary if you do not have access to the email address currently registered to your account. http://bit.ly/EA_Account_Recovery
  3. If you're at this step, this means you have access to the email address. Please follow the instructions at the bottom of this article to properly unlink the Twitch and EA connection. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/madden/madden-nfl-and-twitch/
  4. It's CRUCIAL you unlink from Twitch AND your EA account. (see attached picture)
  5. Now, link them back up the way explained in the same article
  6. Once you're linked up the accounts you should be all set! Just make sure you watching the streams LIVE to be eligible for drops.
  7. You can always reach out to our Live-Support team or EA Help on Twitter to double-check to see if your EA account is synced up to a Twitch account. For Twitch, you should see "Electronic Arts" under other connections when you go to Settings.
