Why doesn't Madden 2k21 HEAD2HEAD show ranking?

When I first got the game I was ranked around 13,000 and now there shows no ranking for me? 

Does anyone have any information for me thanks

I’m pretty sure this is only on PlayStation I have xbox and it always shows my ranking all the time

@Joshuatr101510 Nope. It’s all platforms that have the ranking issue. It just hasn’t happened to you yet. And all are also unable to compare stats

Do they show in regular online H2H or just in other modes? Like does this screen now actually show stats and history? If so, please post a pic of yours showing stats instead of being blank.

Stats work as I can see recent games etc. but still can't see rank. Lost it after 1 disconnect mid game. I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with this. To everyone saying if you quit you get your rank taken. I lost mine after 1 dropped game. It's a bug. Just wanted to clear the air on that.
