Can not unlock 'Welcome to the League'. Please fix

I have now tried twice to unlock the Welcome to the League Achievement on FIFA 20 Xbox One through backwards compatibility via Xbox Series X. Both times, it failed to award me the achievement. May I get some assistance with this issue please?

Hi, the option to redeem my points for weekend league access on FIFA 20 is greyed out. This is preventing me from getting the "Welcome to the League" achievement. Please could this option be re-enabled? I'm not expecting to participate in the league as it's an old game now but any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
