FIFA 21 - No Transfer Offers on Player Career Mode

This bug is also present in FIFA 22, makes you wonder what the career mode dev team spend their year doing...

I have recently realised that the problem may not be in not receiving transfers or loans, but not receiving the email notification to sign it.

During or immediately after the transfer window, have a look at the player status. I can see what it looks to be an offer: "Approached by Manchester United", but the actual email notification doesn't come through. 

Could it be the issue of just fixing receiving the email, as offers seem to exist, but there's no way to accept it? Is there any chance this could be looked at? @EA_Darko @EA_Cian @EA_Guy

This bug isn't fixed untill now and this issue dispose me to play.
