Guys - Im having trouble with VIP membership using Micro Machines on Samsung S8 - Ive been charged twice but its not upgrading within the game/app - where do I go to get help with this?

@EA_Darko All sorted :-) - I now have 30 days VIP and the other payment has been refunded. Thank you so much for keeping an eye on this for me and for keeping me informed also :-)

No - I have provided proof of purchase, various screen shots (on the 6th) and heard nothing back since :-(

Thanks @EA_Darko - I received an email today from them crediting me with 30 days VIP - which is great, however I paid TWO lots of £9.99 so should be getting either a refund or 60 days VIP. So we are halfway there! :-)
I have replied and notified them. Hopefully it will be 100% resolved soon :-)

@cpmitch00 Took a lo0ok at your account there, all they need is for you to send them the second invoice number so that they can credit the account. Without the invoice number, there is no way to verify the transaction. If you reply to the email then you should see it added to the account shortly afterwards.
