not getting or receiving gifts

AGREED.  SAME HERE.  I've been working with support, and still nothing.  SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!!!

I have had the gift issue ever since I started playing Bejeweled Stars. I have many in my gift envelope but when I click to receive them I get nothing. This is not ok! I don't understand how they can be there yet I get no credit for them.

Issue not resolved. I deleted game and reinstalled as directed, but still not able to send gifts.
