Can’t buy dragon age 2 dlc

I’m trying to buy the dlc from Dragon Age 2: The Exiled Prince, but it won’t let me. At first I thought there was something wrong with my paypal so I put in my credit card info but my xbox still gives me an error message. Then I tried to purchase it on my laptop through Microsoft and it gives me the exact same message. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with buying the DLC 

The transaction itself is operated by Microsoft store. If you're getting an error message, while trying to purchase The Exiled Prince, I'd suggest getting in touch with their customer support. They should be able to help you out.
