Do rewards reappear ( skins )?

I missed the skins ( rewards ) from the last Race.

Will they be available in the future somehow, or are they gone forever?

I expect them to return, but probably not for free.

Why do I think that? Take the Vault for example, every time it’s full your cards get turned to dust, suggesting that if you don’t upen it now, those cards will be gone forever.

Yet the Vault returns. Again and again.

I'd like to see the rotation of all previous prizes, from the wolverine skin to the pit-bull, rock-worm and Jade skins. A weekly sale of each would do and each appears twice to thrice a year, all 4 to 6 months apart.
