Ability to recall harvesters back to base

I think it would be an amazing idea to have a button that will recall harvesters back to base in order to better combat harvester attacks. What do you guys think?

The majority of rushes can be countered by not playing greedily. Scout first with rifles, THEN build a harvester knowing you are safe. If you see bikes/tanks/jump jet troopers on their way, don't build a harvester and just counter their units. 

The game should not protect a greedy build. There are risks with greed, and sometimes you will get punished.
