They took over my original account thats why I am trying to reach you with this empty one. Please help me. Chinese hacker(s) didn't even disconnect from my Amazon Prime gaming loots yet. I am still paying for Amazon Prime. I already told you about these things and you said me "you need to prove these". Then I prove it and you guys said "it will be fixed please wait" but I am literally waiting for this thing to be fixed for 3-4 months already.

Why can't I get help? That account is almost 9 years old and you gave that account to Chinese hackers because they just please it. I can prove that from my e-mails too. It is so absurd

Also I can't contact you from your Live Chat service it just kicks me out
