I have had this problem all day yesterday, tried all of the options listed in the help section. I am getting frustrated that I cannot access my account.

Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/

 

Clear the browser cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache

 

Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034  

 

Restart your machine.

 

Run Origin as Adminstrator.
