You should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

It seems as if, like a previous commenter said, there was something up with Origin that was causing this dilemma. They've seemed to fix it, so the problem has been resolved on my end too! (just went to buy something) 

 

Hopefully everyone else's issues regarding this is resolved!

Hey all, I've checked with the team and this issue was fixed on Saturday night.


If you are still seeing an issue can you try the following to see if it helps:

  • Remove your payment methods on Origin and then readd it again when checking out
  • Try a different connection if possible to see if you see the same error.

@preeanca I had the same problem, was maybe the wifi, I used my phone, and changed wifi to data. From there I went online to origins and made the purchase that way Standard smile

@PureBlissss I had the same problem. I closed my game, deconnected my account on EA, closed everythng pretty much and it somehow worked when I tried again. Maybe buying an extension to a game while it' runnng in the back is the problem!
