2 Brand New Games Won't Download

Bought Anthem and Battlefront II, and both downloads stopped at the "preparing to play" phase. 17% for Battlefront II and 37% for Anthem.

It currently sits at 0b/sec and will not progress. I've tried a lot of different things, nothing has worked.
