I was trying to download a new expansion pack to my mac, but i first had to update and repair the game. i was not able to repair it because an error had ocurred. therefore, i used the reset origin tool, but when i then redownloaded origin, all my games were gone on the program. When i tried to download them to origin, i needed an access code, which i dont have, so what do i do?

When you open Origin are all your games showing in your My Game Library?

If they are and you are being prompted for the product key then you can right-click on the game in question, select Properties and get the CD key from the window that opens.
