download issue

I having a issue about download game for origin for long time

I use to have 8 mb/sec on steam but to origin I got this speed in picture

can you help me ? I try every way on internet and still can't fix it

@Gihijack Sorry to hear that you are seeing issues with your download, the good news is that they are generally a couple of easy steps to follow to improve your downloads.

If you have a couple of minutes could you try the following steps please:

• Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
• Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
• Use a wired connection
• Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall
• You can also try using Safe Mode Downloading via Origin which is under Application Settings, Advanced
