Sims 4 Island Living Won't Download

im getting the same message, ive tried everything i could possibly think of and the game just wont download. ive connected to my wifi, to my hotspot, to everything and it wont download. im so frustrated bc i pre ordered on the 10th. i did this 10 days earlier and i cant even play
