Origin not installing on Windows 10

I am unable to install Origin on Windows 10.

After downloading the install file and launching it, I get the error message:

‘The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.’

When I click ‘OK’, I grt the same message but the file missing is ‘VCRUNTIME140’.

If these files are not missing, will Origin be able to install on my Windows 10 computer as I have searched forums since seeing this problem and see that lots of people at least had trouble installing? 

If so, any help finding or installing these files would be appreciated.

figured it out. you need to go to this address and download x64 and x86: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

@bridgrace I googled both files i have in inverted commas and found a microsoft downlod page that has the files. Downloaded and installed them and then ran the setup for Origin again and it worked no problems.

i have a windose 10 descktop and i want to get origin. so i downlaoded it but when i click on to install it says 2 things
