Problems with the Launcher

Whenever I click start on any of the games on the launcher, the screen fades to black, then a few seconds later it sends me back to the launcher, and I just can't start the games...

Same for me with ME2 and ME3, though ME1 works fine in my case.

I have the same problem, I have the game on Steam, PC
