I do hope they're gonna fix it. Taking down multiplayer services for older games is not unheard of, but this directly impacts the singleplayer experience. If I'm not mistaken console players don't have the option for mods either. Not cool. :/

It just seems like Origin servers are extra crappy right now. So, hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.

I think it is possible to go offline so it does not need to verify the DLC. For me, the multiplayer problem got fixed, same for the dlc, but galaxy at war is down for my account

@Windwalker82 I mean, in EA's world it doesn't, because you can still get the best ending without GaW/MP.
I'm a stickler for trophies though and after destroying Dragon Age's lists. Thought I'd do Mass Effect and completely forgot the last two have annoying MP trophies, D'oh!
