I can't import my Mass Effect 1 characters to Mass Effect 2 (XBOX 360) URGENT

Hi,BioWare.

Yesterday i tried to play Mass Effect 2, i wanted to start a new game. When i was importing my ME1 Character. I doesnt appear. The game said that my hard drive doesnt have any savegame. But, i checked my hard drive and my savegame is there. I already played with it in the past.

I dont want to start a new game, seriously, i want to have the same decisions that i taked in the past. I dont want to change. Please help me, this is my second post.
