That didn't work for me, unranked. got half my losses from game freezing, finally reinitialized works so far for crashing problem(7 games) but still unranked

My rank is not visible on Madden NFL 18 I have played 96 games so far.

I played as recent as 09/04/2017
I have not lagged out of any of my games nor have has it been frozen.

I'm having the same problem on madden as well my gamer tag is Xxphilikingz23Xx im on a 10 game win streak and im still not ranked i was ranked when i first bought the game and now im not and its very frustrating lol.. So i created another acct n im ranked on that profile can u please fix!!
