Automatic D-line User; Pre Snap Defense

I'm a type of player that likes to set up blitzes and adjust coverages, but it's hard to make adjustments when literally every play your user is on the d line. And with the consistent lag of Madden, you waste so much time trying to switch to your user guy. Personally I love to user MLB. Is there any way that we can automatically be our MLB on pre snap defense, without having to like trying to press b 5-6 times to just get your user guy?
