I seem to be having some problem with one of the stuff packs on my macbook. I got one of the stuff packs showing up in my origin library as ready to play when I don't even have the base game installed! All the expansion packs and the base game are not installed yet and are in need of being downloaded again. I can't seem to do anything about this one expansion pack, I can't remove it or download it again. I got nothing left of the pack or any of the sims games on my system. I used origin on another computer and it shows everything there in need of downloading including the one odd pack. Anybody know how I can resolve this?
@Bluebellflora please and thank you in advance

Please can you manually uninstall Origin and the game:
Origin - http://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/
TS3 - http://bluebellflora.com/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-on-a-mac/
Those guides will explain all the hidden file locations which is probably causing the issue. Once uninstalled, redownload Origin and install it then try downloading the TS3 base game and installing it.

I've done what you suggested and cleared everything from my mac and re installed Origin. But it still shows the stuff pack as installed and ready to play. I can't contact EA for help.

That's bizarre. Are you sure you checked all locations? If it's not on your Mac then it wouldn't show up as installed. It may be worth trying to contact EA to get your account checked - http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
I find the live chat option the easiest.

I have followed the link and I have got as far as selecting the game and System but cant go from there. It just sends me back to the forum. I have done everything I can such as clearing caches and re-installing Origin but nothings working.
