I go the legendary banner frame, too.  Not to sound ungrateful, but I think most of the gold banner frames look pretty dumb and I prefer the Epics.  This one is no exception.  I think it had a bunch of bees on it.  What the heck does that have to do with Bangalore?  Bee for Bangalore?  Dunno.

LEGENDARY/GOLD holosprays and charms should not be a thing in this game. Can’t wait until they add the new stickers in the loot pool….
