Unable to load Origin Overlay Ingame

I am unable to use Respawn's report button "Other" in Apex Legends. Is this just Respawn's doing or Origin's? Web Browser, friend list, etc loads fine. But report system is fubar? Anyone else having this problem at all? I have loaded what it looks like.

I popped the XP up because I didn't even know there was an origin overlay. I'm shocked at how often this board educates me on things I never knew existed.

Can you try clearing the cache for Origin to see if we can get that fixed?

I've cleared the cache, reinstalled Origin and Apex. Still blank windows popping up when trying to report "Other" in game.
