Sims 4 Community Gallery

My WiFi is working and everything but I just don’t have the community gallery tab. I am over the age of 18 and I tried everything to find the tab, but it’s just not working.

Hey @QueenBelinda if you cannot access the Community Gallery then can you take a couple of minutes to try the steps below:

• Remember underage accounts can't access online services
• Make sure Origin is online instead of on offline mode.
• Make sure your firewall or antivirus are not blocking the connection - add the game and Origin to its exceptions.
• Restart your router
• Flush your DNS - you can learn how to here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/
• Wait a few hours - it could be there's a maintenance going on at the time.
• Run the game and Origin as administrator
• Try to use a different Windows account
