Razor BMW in Black Market a stripped down car?

Just wondering if you get the Razor BMW car like it looks in pics if you purchase the car with gold.

Or do you have to max BP's to get wide body and graphics package?  What was it like when it was in an SE event?

The graphics and body kit? should come with the basic no PR car. I'm still waiting for blueprints for this paperweight. I may have missed blueprint opportunities for this car as I have never liked it and only recently decided to upgrade all my cars as much as possible. Since I can't sell it or burn it, I'm stuck with it.
