Level cap increase!

@asabaida I'm actually glad to hear that it isn't as tacked on as it sounds lol. No perks were mentioned except getting the 1k coins each level up but they may just not have mentioned them or it could be subject to change.

I wonder if the levels include extra new perks and if so will we get more slots...

but I don't think they mentioned anything about perks for extra levels in the stream.... maybe I missed it?
