Apex Legends on Xbox at Night is Odd

One most people quit, then you also get these teaming peeps. I've never seen this before on PC, really odd to be fighting 6 people lol. I'm not that worried as every system is very able to record this gameplay, but why risk it? Like why would they even risk getting banned for this?

I reported someone with video evidence for teaming and they did not even get suspended, never mind banned.

@Popa2caps have to agree with the dc, they dc at the drop of a hat on London server???? Haven't come across teaming though but even if I did I probably wouldn't notice it.
