How do I cure a werewolf-vampire-hybrid?

I accidentally made a werewolf-vampire-hybrid and I want to cure him. How?

@naumann11 If you cannot cure in the 'normal' manners provided in the game, you could try cheating the trait(s) off. Removing the trait via cheats (hopefully) can be tried as follows...

Remove werewolf trait:

1. Open the cheats panel (press Shift+Control+C to open the cheat console box - upper left of your screen)
2. Type in traits.remove_trait trait_occultwerewolf 
3. Press enter

Remove vampire trait:

1. Open the cheats panel (press Shift+Control+C to open the cheat console box - upper left of your screen)
2. Type in traits.remove_trait trait_OccultVampire 
3. Press enter
