Mut Rewards Show Zero Packs Opened

On the app when I check my pack status I’ve opened 1058 packs but when I look on the site it says I have 0 packs? Can you please fix this?

I have purchased a few hundred dollars in packs for madden 21 mit. My pack count still says zero??? Why cant I figured this out or talk to anybody about this?? My Xbox live name is beantownpierce

@beantownpierce34 Your pack counts are being tracked properly on the back-end. The MUT Rewards site is not showing the correct amount and it's being looked into. It should show the correct amount on the companion app though.

Thank you I checked a companion app and you are right thanks for the help. The only other question I have is I’ve been watching twitch and I haven’t been getting any drops my account is connected to my twitch account do you know why this could be or if there’s someone I can talk to about us to figure it out

There could be a variety of reasons this is happening.

1. You might accidentally have a different EA account synced up to your Twitch account and your Twitch account synced up to another EA account. You'll want to un-link all accounts and re-link them. Be sure to check the email address associated with your EA account that your Gamertag/PSN ID is linked with (can be found in game under Account settings). Here is how to link and un-link accounts: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/madden/madden-nfl-and-twitch/
2. On the article I linked above, Twitch drops might be voided if there are too many tabs open with other streams. Make sure you are only watching one stream on one tab.
