need a patch because of computer upgrade to 8.1

upgraded system from 8.0 to 8.1 and now my ..command and conquer generals wont open. what i really want is a phone number to talk to some one from origin.. tech support over the phone

You cant call them they will have to call you, did you already try to run the game in compatibility mode? ...
