i need help

i had to make a new account to get help, im trying to get on my original account but it wants me to verify its me and send me a code to a phone number i dont have anymore, i also dont no the password to the email i used for it as well how do i get on it i have spent alot of money on games towards the years on that account and its upsetting i cant get any help

The team will need to complete additional account verification to change your old email. Even if you're unable to access your account or email, you can still submit your case on our website. You can refer to this article for guidance.
