Please help. I have very big problem, I cant login to my account. I have lost my phone so I cant no longer get verification code.

I already try contact live chat support, but it wont load. And even another mothod is unsucessful. Please help me.

I'm sorry, but this is a problem you'll need to reach EA Support for. Answers HQ isn't going to be able to reset that for you. We're just a bunch of players like you.

Try using another web browser to see if the chat feature will load there. If you have Adblock or another plugin that possibly blocks pop-up or chat features, then I'd try disabling that as well. Good luck!

Please note that selecting Manage My Account and then Account Security may not always give the option to contact Live Chat support.

When it asks you to login, you can choose the option Having trouble accessing your account at the bottom of the page.

They should be able to verify your account and assist you.
