we are eshop from Slovakia, we are focused on retail with mobile phones, pc, pc accessories, components and other electronics.

Now we are working on our media division with digital content for sell. We would like to become a EA key reseller. 

We have own e-shop system and team of programmers so implementation will easy for us.

@Tikyno Generally this would be done through local wholesalers. 

If you do not know how to get in touch with your local wholesaler, you would need to contact the EA office nearest to your location and they should be able to provide you with further details. You can find all EA locations on the following page: http://careers.ea.com/our-locations

At the moment we are focused on retail with mobile phones, pc, pc accesories and other electronics.

We have own eshop system and at the moment we are working on section for digital contents. Where we would like to offer origin keys also.

What are the conditions and requirements please?

And Kristi gave you the link to locate a regional office near you so that they could direct you to the local wholesaler(s) for  your location.

Sometimes the Advisors aren't sure of the answer so, they send you out here so that a CM will see your question and answer it here. You have your answer, that's all we can do here, you need to locate your local wholesaler(s) or, if there is not one, the closest regional office.
