Installed on Christmas, ran great for hours. Shutdown, went to play yesterday, cannot open in my library because play button is greyed out. Won't highlight so we can click on it. Clicking on Sims4 icon on desktop does nothing. Do I have to reinstall? If so, should I uninstall first? How? Used software discs... will product code still be valid? Please advise asap. Thought discs would be better as when we purchased internet download of sims 3 it damn near crashed my computer with all the things attached to it cuz my antivrus was expired. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!!
