Refund The witcher 3

i want to refund the witcher 3 

i bought it 2 or 3 hours ago and played it for a few minutes. The game is not working normaly on my computer and i also dont like the game now.

 cant refund the game because i dont see a refund button in the browser.

plz help me

If you are not able to request a refund in Origin. You will need to Contact An Advisor.
Use the flag at the top to select your country.
Provide the requested information.
Choose a contact method.

Available contact option vary by location and, time of day.

i already did that and talked to him

he said they will send me an e-mail but that email never came

Make sure you check your junk or spam folder for the email.

You should have a case started you can go to the Contact An Advisor. page and see updates to your cases there.

I see that the refund is being investigated for you by our EA Advisor. Do note that The Witcher 3 is not part of the great game guarantee - we normally don't refund non-EA games so I don't think that we will be able to process this request for you.
