I Just received a bunch of emails from EA regarding Case number that I never lodged.
After reading through them one of them stated that my email address had been changed and also my password to my account had been changed.
Lucky I caught on to this quickly.
My password up until that point was [removed]
so before you tell me that my pass word was weak think again (I never use the same password twice which is why I don't mid posting it)
It became blatantly obvious that someone contacted EA pretending to be me and convinced them to help them change my email and password
Get your act together EA.
