Missing bought item

So I bought multiple expansion packs as well as Sims 3. All of the items I have bought are in my origin library except one. So I'm missing Sims 3 Dragon Valley. Is there anything I can do? Due to the long process of at least 8 hours per download I wasn't able to even download it.
