ALL MY GAMES HAVE GONE!

I keep trying to play my sims games and they have disappeared and when I click on It its says please enter product code I downloaded them straight form the internet and have spent ALOT of money on them!!!

what is going on ?

there are no product codes on my emails that I do have!!!
