Whenever I try to access The Sims 3 it just says an unknown error has ocurred. How do I fix that????

It doesn't seem to me that you treated this as being particularly important, why post the question in the Origin System forum?  Your game has its own dedicated game players forum on Answer HQ, however, you didn't use it.

Without more information, I doubt anyone at Answer HQ can assist you.  This thread is still in the wrong forum, and still contains no useful data for diagnostics.
